Nana, Papa and Uncle Jon came out for one week of Naomi’s spring break so we could all go to Disneyland together. Both girls had a lot of fun. Saturday, December 17, 2011. This morning we went to the Elks Lodge to have breakfast and meet Santa. I was loving the decor. :). In addition to the presents, Santa also gave out candy canes. That was Emma's favorite part. She ate the whole thing. She wasn't too crazy about Santa himself. Santa came out while we were finishing breakfast, and he got right in Emma's face to say "Merry Christmas! Naomi gave Santa a present, too. It was a tangerine. Santa let her ring his jingle bells. Where in the World.

Saturday, March 30, 2013. A few weeks ago, we dropped Kurt off at work. He's working at the VA this month, which has a duck pond. I had been saving bread crusts for a while, so I grabbed them on the way out the door so we could feed the ducks while we were there. Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Valentine's Day, etc. Back when I made these boxes, Naomi decided she wanted to personalize them with stickers. :) Then she and Emma made a train. Choo choo! The only pictures I took of the girls on Valentine's Day was of them painting. Nana sent them a package in the mail with Valentinesy stuff, so they opened it that morning and had a blast. The painting was a paint-by-numbers and Naomi did a really great job matching the colors with the numbers. Wednesday, February 8, 2012.

Saturday 23rd July 2011 -. Married for 2445 days. For those of you who are making it to Lisbon on the Thursday (21st) we have made reservations and are planning to have dinner at Tromba Rija. They do a traditional Portuguese buffet (trombarija.com). See under transport and travel (left) for information on how to get there.
