People don't take trips.Trips take people". Saturday, 28 February 2015. Trippin in Sukhothai, Ayutthaya and Bangkok. Trippin in ancient Thailand. We had already been to the epic Angkor temples. I had doubts whether I wanted to see more but I am glad we went. First we went to Sukhothai, to visit the temples. We rent out bikes and cycled around the different temples. It was nice, we was only there for two nights and then off to Ayutthaya. The temples were nice but I am all templed out for a while!

Wasn't the easiest journey through the mountains on a hangover. Once in Luang Prabang, a very touristy place that is popular for older people. From Phnom Penh we went to Siem Reap, to visit the Angkor temples which were built in the 9th -11th century! We bought a 3 day ticket for $40. The town we stayed at, Kuala Tahan was very basic with basic food. We managed to get a private double air con room at Julie's hostel which was great (especially after the first two hostels we looked at, one with no western toilet and the other was just a no no).
