And I'm not one of those people that likes to eat (or drink) the same thing day after day. But Agua de Avena. Is so good, I would gladly drink it every day for the rest of my life. Agua de Avena. Is very similar to Horchata. A traditional Mexican agua fresca. Made with rice and cinnamon, hence why some people refer to this agua fresca.

Ingredientes para 3 personas. 300 grms de fideos del nº0 o del nº1 (cabellín). 2 cucharadas de aceite. 200/300 grs de gamba pelada. 2 tomates maduros medianos. 1 pastilla de caldo de pescado o marisco. 3 dientes de ajo. 1 rodaja de limon. Aceite al gusto ( /- 1 vaso). Poner al fuego una paella con las dos cucharadas de aceite. Incorporar los fideos y dorarlos hasta que queden rubios. Mezclarlo con cierta frecuencia.
