I’m so glad we were able to celebrate it together. 1 standard sized cake, 8 generous portions. 1 hour 10 minutes. 1 cup of cake/pastry flour, sifted. 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 12 egg whites, room temperature. 1 teaspoon of cream of tartar. 1 1/4 cups of sugar. 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract.
