In cucina con la Sabry. Un piatto che potete rendere tranquillamente un antipasto, o un piatto principale, servendolo accompagnato con dell’insalata verde. Sia vegetariano che vegan. Ingredienti per 4/6 porzioni:. 60 ml di brodo vegetale. 130 gr di carote grattugiate. 80 gr di cipolla tagliata a dadini. 1/2 cucchiaino di rosmarino tritato. 1/2 cucchiaino di sale. Una macinata di pepe. 100 gr di pangrattato. 2 cucchiai di vino rosso. 4 cucchiai di maionese ( io di lupino). Preriscaldare il forno a 180 .
