Monday, March 16, 2009. This past weekend Lailah, Omar, and I went to the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, New Jersey. We saw lots of fish, penguins, seals, and sharks! We even got to touch the baby sharks.I took lots of pics and of course some video. We had a good time.but I think Lai got a little scared,lol. Enjoy. Thursday, March 5, 2009. And she even sits down to hear stories now. Lailah has tons of fun at daycare playing on the slide and with her friends, and she even enjoys bathtime now! Sorry the vid...

Thursday, March 27, 2008. So, its been a little while since I've blogged.Miss Lailah is doing just fine, growing more and more each day. We've been some busy girls these last 2 weeks. We spent about a week in DC, and then a week in PA with Dad. Now we're back home and trying to get readjusted.So far, so good. She's sleeping from about 12ish to around 6am.Yayy! I'm sorry to say that I dont have any Easter pics.but i do have some from our trip.enjoy. LAH and Auntie LoLo. LAH with Cousin Tear and Baby MJ.

We were able to have a birthday celebration for Lailah with family and a few friends. (Unfortunately everyone couldn't make it.so we will have another party in DC). Tuesday, September 9, 2008. Lailah-Alease Hayes is 7 months old.and CRAWLING! We were sitting in the living room earlier this evening and she spotted a green barette across the floor. Once she fixed her eyes on it, she got on all fours and crawled right on over.like she had been doing it all along! So everybody cheer for Lailah (and pray for me.there's no stopping her now! Yay for lailah. This is great. and a kodak moment for sure. Of course a video will be even better. September 10, 2008 at 12:14 AM.

Thursday, December 4, 2008. On Thursday, November 6, 2008 I lost my father. He was 57 years old, and will be missed dearly. It's so funny because now when I look at Lailah I see him. I am thankful that he was able to meet Lailah. Although this is an extremely hard thing to come to terms with, I am happy knowing that his soul is at rest. Jeg fant noe tykt restegarn i garnlageret mitt så jeg kunne hekle ei enkel brikke til å ha under blomsterpotta. Greit å kunne beskytte toppen av dvd-hylla litt.
