these are the days: Limitless, Undying Love
http://snoopmurph.blogspot.com/2007/09/limitless-undying-love.html
These are the days. Tuesday, September 11, 2007. Limitless, Undying Love. Words are flowing out like. Endless rain into a paper cup. They slither while they pass. They slip away across the universe. Pools of sorrow, waves of joy. Are drifting thorough my open mind. Possessing and caressing me. Images of broken light which. Dance before me like a million eyes. That call me on and on across the universe. Thoughts meander like a. Restless wind inside a letter box. They tumble blindly as. Jai guru deva om.

these are the days: Calling All Kindergarteners
http://snoopmurph.blogspot.com/2009/08/calling-all-kindergarteners.html
These are the days. Monday, August 10, 2009. My first child is entering Kindergarten on Wednesday. Emotions are going to run high, because I have a soft heart and so does Ian. Expect to read nostalgic "where did the time go? Posts over the next several days. We also stopped at Connor's classroom with his teacher, Miss Shellie. Their conversation went along these lines:. Connor: Where Miss Shellie? Miss Shellie: I'm right here. Connor: No, where Miss Shellie? Miss Shellie: Connor, I'm Miss Shellie. I offe...

these are the days: April 2009
http://snoopmurph.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
These are the days. Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Last Sunday, we spent some time at one of the local parks in Mesa, gathering with our friends Julie and Sean and their pups for an evening cookout. The boys had fun feeding the dogs fresh string beans, watching the fire and getting some much needed fresh air. Connor kept the pups entertained with his antics. We had a fun badminton game, with Ian as the coach. ("Mommy, you need to have the birdie hit the middle and go past. Tough Love Part Deux:. Zero I asked...

these are the days: July 2009
http://snoopmurph.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
These are the days. Thursday, July 30, 2009. Is it Friday Yet? Man, this is a long week! Going back to work seems to make the week feel like an eternity. Here are some things that I have learned this week:. I despise teaching in the middle of 115 degree weather. Especially when children are kept indoors for seven hours straight. I despise 115 degree weather, period. I hate saying goodbye to the boys in the morning. School has me obsessing that Ian will start Kindergarten in less than two weeks. Hones...

these are the days: June 2009
http://snoopmurph.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
These are the days. Tuesday, June 23, 2009. San Diego Day 7: Beach Boys. We opted to stay one more day and just relax at the beach for the day. This time, we decided to drive to Coronado to a beach we have visited in the past. The weather was perfect and the water was a little chilly, but didn't deter swimmers, surfers or Connor. Tom actually thought he might relax and read on the beach. Riiight. Instead the boys got him to play in the water. He did need some assistance with the large green bucket. Which...

these are the days: Here We Are
http://snoopmurph.blogspot.com/2007/10/connor.html
These are the days. Monday, October 15, 2007. And here we go. Yes, I expected this. I knew, as most mothers and parents might. The little voice in your mind tells you this is so. But to see the confirmation in handwriting. To hear it spoken in words and acronyms we don’t understand and then broken down into spoon-fed bites. I am still choking on these words. This is my son. This is my little boy. And his path is uncertain. Maybe it will change and the path will be less cumbersome. Loving him is easy.

http://snoopmurph.blogspot.com/2007/10/one-day-at-time.html
These are the days. Monday, October 01, 2007. One Day At a Time. You have to accept whatever comes and the only important thing is that you meet it with courage and with the best that you have to give. We gain strength, and courage, and confidence by each experience in which we really stop to look fear in the face. we must do that which we think we cannot. Posted by Linda Murphy. It is amazing how strong you can be when you have to. Your inner strength won't let you down. My Quote of the Month. A Work In...

These are the days. Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Is that a word? If not, can I make it one? Lots of fun things happening this week, yet when a moment arrives to write and tell-YAWN. I sit here kind of moronically thinking about if I want to write, what to write and coming up blank. Last night, Ian up until 10:30pm. ("Why do grownups get to stay up? I usually do at some point. Posted by Linda Murphy. Saturday, March 28, 2009. The Met and Central Park. Some of my favorite photos are just of Aunt Soooz and Ian,...
