The Southern Branch of the Bailey Tree. Wednesday, July 9, 2008. It really hit me when I found myself using my husbands reading glasses. I can hardly believe the passing of time. I know my body is waging an all-out attack against me. Despite my efforts and attempts to resist father time - the obvious signs are creeping into my life. The tiny "laugh lines". Please.let's just call them what they are- -wrinkles! Or even worse yet- -"crow's feet" Who in the world came up with THAT name? It is a conspiracy!

The Southern Branch of the Bailey Tree. Saturday, April 12, 2008. Tim and I have reached a new era in our lives. Our children are 18 and 21! I probably don't need to say more - I'm sure you know where I'm going with this. Actually the 21 yr old is married and doing well -but it's still hard to completely let go -but I think I'm doing fairly well. Friday, May 2, 2008. I just LOVE this picture of all four of my treasures on the slide! Timmy and Janelle love taking "butterfly rides" with Mama while we sing silly songs. I just love my little girl! We have so much fun together! Janelle's new thing is to make silly faces for pictures.don't know where she would get the idea to do that-certainly not from such a sophisticated mother! Charles has this thing for stones. Notice him showing you his little treasure. I must say.He sure is cute!

Friday, October 29, 2010. Today Darby's preschool had a Halloween party! It was so fun to see all the kiddos (and parents! Dressed up in their cute costumes.
