Death and the Dervish / 2008. My interest in working with the text was to select parts of the book that related most to my own inner world and deliver them in a specific way. I have produced a new version of the project. I have invited poets and poetesses from Bosnia and Herzegovina to callaborate with me and react with a poem to two true stories. The Flying Carpet / 2005. LINK TO PROJECT SITE. The installation consists of a platform, which is suspended from the ceiling and speakers. The platform represents a flying carpet, a sculptural form that people can sit on. It is made of wood and is colored by dark wax with a pattern of an oriental carpet on it.
