Just had to get away!
Possibly the last post from Oz | Vacation, All We Ever Needed!
https://landdownunder.wordpress.com/2008/03/02/possibly-the-last-post-from-oz
Vacation, All We Ever Needed! Just had to get away! March 2, 2008. Possibly the last post from Oz. Hard to believe, 3 months passed SO much faster than we believed possible. We’re in Brisbane at Jay’s pool for the night, then we fly out tomorrow afternoon to Sydney where we’ll meet up with friends. We’ll be time travelers on Wednesday! We leave Sydney at 4 pm (I misspoke in an earlier post, i think) and arrive in San Francisco on the same day at 10 am! We arrive hours before we even left the ground!

Vacation, All We Ever Needed! Just had to get away! September 28, 2012. I really wanted to keep a baby book and write down your fun, quirky personality and your achievements as they’ve happened, but I just haven’t been very good at doing that. You see, we’ve been very busy living and doing really fun activities. I think there’s rarely been a day where we just stayed home. Your life is always on the go and full of fun. Before I backtrack to any fun stories, here are a few new things you have been doing.

Vacation, All We Ever Needed! Just had to get away! February 28, 2008. Funny – this made national news. Remember the dramas of our trip over? Watching the news last night, they showed national shocking news that 200 passengers were delayed in Melbourne due to plane issues until the next morning for their international flight. This cracked me up. First, it’s JetStar – the ones who wouldn’t honor our flight within Australia though we couldn’t help the delay. Did any of you hear about ours on national news?

Day 306 – August 30 (continued) We waited in line for 45 minutes to go through border control into Canada (the line was HUGE – many many motor homes). We looked back and one was dead on the road – darn it! Why do they fly JUST as you are approaching? We got int...

OZ: The place I now call home
OZ: The place I now call home. In my first few years here, I have only been shopping at Woolworths. I am not really sure of the reasoning. Mcj has always been shopping there. May it be due to convenience? And I remember now that he said, because Woolies are fully Australian owned. Okay, I am okay with that. My MIL had been shopping everywhere, Aldi and Woolies. Plus she bought meat from the butcher. So where am I leading to this? Saturday, October 24, 2015. Another question. Why is the diesel dearer ...
Vacation, All We Ever Needed! | Just had to get away!
Vacation, All We Ever Needed! Just had to get away! January 30, 2013. A few friends asked me about pre-making freezer meals/how to keep food on hand easily especially when you don’t like prepared foods from stores. I’ve tried to like them, but there are very few pre-made things I like. I occasionally keep garlic bread or frozen pizza in the freezer, but usually forget to get those, so don’t even have those on hand as fast food. I’m a dork and wrote too much. But I’m also using it for a re...Frozen Mirepo...
