Expanding Belly: September 2008
http://lauraskates.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
After just a month of marriage, Eric and I have entered the crazy journey of parenthood. Wednesday, September 24, 2008. Well, I'm writing this post on about 8 hours of sleep. Normally, that sounds like the right amount for any healthy adult. But the honest truth is that it is 8 total hours from the last three nights. I CAN'T SLEEP! Here's the deal. I'm tired, I'm cranky, and I could cry at the drop of the hat. When you feel like this, the worst. and let me repeat. An hour at a time. Thank you for giving ...

Farr Away Thoughts: July 2014
http://danaandjeremyfarr.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 31, 2014. Right Now (A reminder for those of us going back into the classroom). An end-of-the-year note from a student. This is a hard time of year for teachers. Transitioning back into a new school year and a new routine can be so very difficult. I've shared my burden on being on being a teacher mama before. But now, for a moment, I'd like for all of us teachers to think about our new students out there. Let's think for a minute about the myriad of students coming to our schools. Right no...

Hepners Blog: Heart Thoughts
http://hepnersblog.blogspot.com/2015/02/heart-thoughts.html
Monday, February 9, 2015. One week ago today, at this exact same time, I was sitting in the pre-op room waiting for the nurses to come and take my son to surgery. I am so thankful that last week is over.so thankful that we are where we are today.so thankful for God's goodness and provision and love. Dayne went to church yesterday! It was amazing to watch him! He is sore this morning, but still has such a positive attitude! However, we can do ALL things through HIM who gives us strength (Phil. 4:13).

Hepners Blog: Happy Mother's Day!
http://hepnersblog.blogspot.com/2015/05/happy-mothers-day.html
Sunday, May 10, 2015. Being a Mother is the greatest honor that I have ever been bestowed. To be able to give life and watch it grow, shepard and nourish little souls.it doesn't get better than that! It is the hardest things I've ever done, and the most fulfilling all at once. Children see your love and all your flaws all at once. I pray they grow up to think that I didn't mess up too bad. It's humbling, exausting, and the most wonderful thing in the world! I love being a Mama! Bubba- The Big Brother.

Hepners Blog: The rest of today
http://hepnersblog.blogspot.com/2015/02/the-rest-of-today.html
Friday, February 6, 2015. The rest of today. They took him off the morphine pump early this Morning, and while he had a rough morning, he was better and better as the day went on! We walked all around, ate at the food court, and sat in recliners for most of the day! He took a shower this evening and visited with some great friends! The pain seems to be under control and he is more himself now that he is off the morphine! I am so proud of him! He should be coming home tomorrow! It has meant so much!

Thoughts on the journey of life. I’ve decided to take a break from writing here for a while. I plan to keep this blog open and available to me for a personal, and somewhat private outlet, but will be blogging more frequently on another page. Please feel free to follow me there, too. You’ll see similarities in content, but I’ll have this place to be a little more in-depth on a more unknown front. Please head over to Tidbits in Time. Tuesday, December 30, 2008. Thanks again for all of your prayers! Jeff, Lauren, Graham and Miles. Miles Thomas was born Monday, 12/29/08 @ 1358 EST. He is 8 weeks early and weighed in at 4 lbs 6 oz. He was 43 cm long (about 17"). Has a head full of red hair and looks just like Graham! He's currently in the NICU. On Saturday, we headed out for a Walmart. Run, after I took my meds.
