From the moment he began doing headstands and army crawling through the house, they knew they had a very determined, very special boy! An avid sports fan, Landon dreamed of rounding thebases before sliding into home on a game winning Grand Slam! He is deeply missed after his passing on June 3, 2013, the day the family was to depart to see his beloved Yankees play courtesy of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. I created Landon's Legacy Healing Retreats because I wanted to connect more deeply with other moms who have experienced similar losses, and to create a sisterhood of empowerment and healing.
