Apart form the above: should anybody require accomodation weeks before the race and does not want to stay in town: we have various guest houses along Pantai Cenang/Pantai Tengah, where we can arrange accomodation at special rates for long stayers .

Our meetings will now be every Wednesday at 8.00pm at 'Sheela's Restauran' at Pantai Tengah. Next week we will a short presentation of CEP compression stockings, Herba Life products and the NBC video of the 2005 Hawaii World Championship. The new route for ths year's IM is now following in major parts the Kuah -Airport highway, nice and rolling , but very, very hot!
