I did a lifting class but since I was a newbie and never weight lifted I got to do the baby weights just to go through the motions. I felt really stupid while the others lifted the real thing. Brandy's Journey from LapBand to RNY. Wednesday, December 22, 2010. I had a wow moment recently. I work for a company that is very well known in the fashion industry and appearance is everything. You don't have to be best friends or even know someone a whole lot to know what they are going through, the pain they feel, and the daily struggles life can be as an obese person. I am so overly joyed at how my surgery went, my post op, my weight loss, and my emotional well being. Thank you Dr. Yarbrough :).

I know its only 1.2 but the scale moved. Not only am I back in onederland, I am only 48lbs from goal weight now and have a new amazing tool to help me get there. Water, protein, water, protein. I would of thought it would of shocked the hell outta my system. Guess not. That's like sprinting for these lil legs haha. I was only running 1 minute at a time though. I got 2 miles in.
