Today I am progressing to pureed foods. No, no don't be jealous, I can understand the envy. Who wouldn't want to blend their food to the point where it resembled clag glue? So I had Greek yoghurt, porridge, and I scooped out the middle from a quiche and blended it till it looked like green mud - but it was delicious. Say Goodbye to the Fat!

Pumpkin Soup - Oh it was ammmmaaaazzzing! Yes today I had pumpkin soup - YUM! Not much granted, but it was enough to kick start the taste buds again. Some of the old things that I had issues with before being banded have crept up. I am starting to have cravings again. When I was banded, my cravings went away and if I ever had them, I would take one bite of the thing I wanted and then be totally fine. Breakfast: Low Carb Slimfast Shake. Lunch: Homemade tuna salad (1 single serve pouch of tuna, 1 Tbsp mayo, 1 Tbsp relish, a few chopped grapes) – I ate 1/2 of the whole thing.
