I look around my house and realize that we don’t have an emergency kit or plan of action. We live in earthquake country and I even used to volunteer at the Red Cross. I should know better. So, we need to prepare. Here’s a list of items that I plan on including in my kit:. 3 day supply of food and water (1 gallon per day). Battery powered (or crank) radio.
