Marriage&MedSchool: Vera Lynn (our baby)
http://smithsingrenada.blogspot.com/p/blog-page_5.html
Engagment and School Acceptance. Vera Lynn (our baby). Vera Lynn (our baby). Vera was a Stray puppy, a few of us girls found her at the Rum Distillery in Sept. 2012. She was sick and bow legged from malnutrition among other things. She no longer has bowed legs and is getting healthier each day ♥. This is Vera the day we found her. We put her in a box and brought her home. This was the first day we (Michael and I) officially got her. Vera is a very playful pup and has grown tons since we have had her!

Year one of med school is officially over, and I am quite pleased with my results, even if I feign disappointment in my first-term anatomy performance! Time is flying by very quickly. This time next year, with God's help, we will be readying ourselves for the second leg of this journey, and doing so here in the US. I can't wait! And I know it won't be easy.
