Thursday, October 23, 2008. Sophie loves gymnastics. She first became interested in gymnastics when she saw the Beijing Olympics on TV. She loved to sit with me at night and watch some of the events, and she was even able to point out some of the gymnasts by name. Her favorite was N. Astia Liukin. We thought it would be fun this fall to sign her up in a little gymnastics class offered by the city, so she could give it a try herself. The first day before class started she turned to.
