Okay, so here’s the deal… Lazy cooking to me means it better be done in 30 minutes or less – 45 if I am feeling really creative and peppy – but I mean done, as in from start (aka taking the ingredients out of the pantry and fridge) to ready to serve on the plate. Also, I am NOT pressing garlic or chopping onions if I can help it! If I REALLY need chopped onions and I can’t afford to buy the pre-chopped version then I MIGHT do it, but pressing garlic?
