Ricotta Cheese - 15 oz. For the milk mixture:. 2-3 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk. 1 tsp cardamom powder. 1/4 C Sugar or more to suit your taste. Few strands of Saffron/Zafran. 1/2 tsp Kewra Water/ rose water. Sliced Almonds / Pistachios for garnish. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ingredients for patties ,ricotta cheese and sugar. Mix well. Grease a 8X8 glass baking dish, pour the ricotta cheese mixture and bake for. Date and Grape Chutney. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor recipe, which I tried and liked, the only change I would make to the recipe next time, is chop the grapes instead of cooking them whole. Its a nice change from your regular tamarind date chutney and goes well with vegetarian or non vegetarian kababs. 25- 30 seedless Grapes, chopped. 10-11 Medjool dates,deseeded and chopped, you can adjust the quantity to suit your taste. 1/2 tsp. Cumin seeds. 1 tsp Red chilli powder. Jaggery (gur),grated 1/4 cup.

Though I am not a dessert person, Bread ka halwa is one dessert I can never pass. I have loved it since childhood and it still remains my favourite halwa. To make a good halwa with bread, its important that the bread is somewhat stale. Back at home if we did not have stale bread, I remember my mom would let the fresh bread dry out on old newspapers. 2 1/2 C coarse bread crumbs. 1 1/2 C milk. 1/2 tbsp. elaichi pdr/ cardamom pdr. 1/4 C sliced almonds. 1 1/2 tsp Kewda extract. Monday, February 8, 2010. Cocoa powder;1 tsp. Drinking chocolate powder:1 1/2tsp. Sieve the flour,cocoa,drinking chocolate,baking powder,and soda bicarbonate together. Preheat the oven to 200 c. In a large bowl stir together the condensed milk,mixed flour,water,milk,melted ghee,and vanilla essence.beat it well. Grease a baking dish and dust it with flour.pour the cake mixture into the prepared dish. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven.until a tooth pick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Oats and Wheat Thins. 3/4 C whole wheat flour. 1 1/2 tsp cornflour/ rice flour. 2 tbsp. yellow corn meal. 2 tsp milk powder. 1/4 C quick cooking rolled oats. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds /zeera. 1 tbsp kasoori methi. 1/2 tsp. seasame seeds/ til. 1/4 tsp. turmeric pdr /haldi. Mix all the ingredients together and add enough water to make a firm dough. Knead the dough gently until smooth.Roll out, using a little whole wheat flour to 2 mm. thickness. Cut them into squares using a knife. Preheat oven to 325 deg F.

Moroccan Hospitality Restaurant, Malden, MA. Moroccan Hospitality Restaurant is run by sisters Nouzha and Amina. Its clean, not too big and the hosts are friendly. After reading many good reviews, we took the 45 min. drive to Malden , and we were pleased. The fact that the restaurant is mentioned in Bostons top new restaurants. Was also another reason we decided to try it out.The menu is inexpensive, simple and not to elaborate , but everything in there sounds delicious I wish I could try them all.

Once I felt so lonely and sad. Then I wrote a short poem Loneliness. After I had posted it on Facebook, Lazzat painted this lonely woman. Lazzat saw these women chewing cheese in her dream. There was a wall in our house where she painted them. A big wall picturing these naked women in paradise. Lazzat lives now in Uralsk, West Kazakhstan.
