Tuesday, November 18, 2014. Welcome to the rest of the year! We have finally settled into our classes for the remainder of the year! I have explained to the 6th graders that we are using time over the next week or so to prep for a project after Thanksgiving. This week we will focus on Latin body parts, using Flat Caesars, English derivatives, and songs. Be sure to ask your child about the origin of the Hokey Pokey. That's right, it's related to Latin!
