Thursday, February 27, 2014. Valentine's Day Surprise, birthday boy, sibling pics, snow fun, restaurant. 2/14- We flew home from Florida today and all went well. We were out the door by 4:45 to head to the airport. I was on edge all the way home expecting total meltdowns from several kids, but the did GREAT! I fed Kezia her fair share of snacks, but we made it home without incident. Praise the Lord! Our table was decorated for Valentine's Day! Look at the hearts! They all had Valentine jokes on them.

Saturday, August 31, 2013. 8/22- We started the morning off slow. We're boating at 10:30, so had a good breakfast and played some cards with Grandma. Myka studying her next move. Saturday, October 5, 2013. More Oklahoma Family Fun- memorial, Charlotte's Web. 9/5- My Mom and her siblings did something really cool for Grandpa Montgomery this past year. They put something at a Veterans' Memorial in each state that his kids live in. Grandpa's Iowa memorial is here in town and while he was here we took him to see it for the first time. Boaz, Cainan, Aunt Katie, and Brenna led the hunt trying to find his name in the brick sidewalk. Grandpa Montgomery sees his brick. We made pig masks.

Sunday, August 24, 2014. 6/4- Stayed up tonight to work on Myka's birthday cupcakes. Minions, as per her request! 6/5- They turned out pretty cute and she was excited to see them by her chair when she woke up this morning. 6/6- Grandma and Grandpa Glace came over today to help Myka celebrate. Monday, March 23, 2015. 7/18- Kezia turns TWO today! 7/20- Celebrating with Grandpa and Grandma B tonight after an afternoon of swimming. Cainan is always quick to help Kezia. :). Love them right after a bath. 9/8- A neighbor girl got hurt at a bonfire a couple weeks ago and Boaz decided he was going to start a 'People Who Are Hurting' project and make cookies and cards for people. A lot of times he'll ask to see pictures for inspiration. Today he's working on a book about the Panthers! 9/22- The girls are really into jewelry and hair things lately. and mostly doing them on their own. Don't they look so fancy? 9/23- It's a perfect day to be outside! We played so hard that this is how Kezia fell asleep after dinner tonight!

Friday, July 17, 2015. Sept 2014 trip to DSM zoo, hotel. 9/19- This guy has been reading bunches this summer and earned a pass to the zoo! Luke's parents graciously gifted us a hotel stay so would could turn this zoo trip into a mini-vacation. Luke has been working so hard. our family needed this overnight get-away. The Burrito Lover is ready to tackle the zoo! This eagle greeted us at the entrance and was amazing. The kids laughed so hard when Dad tried this out. We got to see them feed the sea lions.

Thursday, September 11, 2014. Sturgis falls, the Green Monster, running and screaming. 6/28- It's finally here! Our favorite weekend of the summer. Sturgis Falls! It rained a bit Friday night, so we didn't head down to the festivities. But we made it out early for the parade Saturday. Ready for the parade. Dad took all the kids on a walk to keep them occupied before the parade. One of my favorite views in the world. four sweet kids lined up in a row. Boaz did his best to hold strong. Our favorite. TC!
