How I Fixed My Life. The year I did everything better. Monday, August 11, 2014. Merrily we roll along. Up to 30 min on the trainer yay. Down to 95.2 this morning - MUST KEEP CONCENTRATING. So proud of myself yesterday at the house of indecisiveness (Bill's) - told them what we were having incl a tub of mixed veggies, and didn't eat any fried stuff. I CAN DO THIS. I have to do this. It's ridiculous to think I can't. I was even thinking of joining WW online - then I thought, I know what to do, really.

Sad, depressing and lots of new options to think about. Dr K : Well I do about 200 knee re-con a year and see someone like you every 3-4 years. Me: Wow I must be Special. Dr K: Ummmm what to do, what to do. Me: Just Fix IT. My options that were given to me by my surgeon are as follows. Run Happy Run Well.

I went on Monday to the pool and did my huge 20 minute session and felt good , the knee was a bit sore in the morning but I went back this morning and did another session in the water a big 10 min session and an upper body weights workout. My journey towards Fatherhood, as well as my second Ironman. Thursday, November 6, 2008. IM Florida Part 4. This year I knew I was in much better shape coming out of T1, I ran the first mile and mentally I was thinking just get to the first aid station and see how I feel. At about 0.9 cramps in my thighs started and I wondered if this was to be where it all went to pieces again. I made it into the aid station before it flared up though. The final turn around came and I saw the clock and knew a sub 1hr 40.
