Tuesday, November 23, 2010. The day before,the day before Thanksgiving. Just when I think I have everything I need for my Thanksgiving cooking and baking something else pops up. For the record, here is what we are having for turkey day. I have decided to start writing down some of my recipes so: one when I get old I can look at it and two so someday my girls will have them. Thursday, December 22, 2011. I am having so much fun living here among the kids, both my older kids and the little ones. So nice to be just 5 minutes away. Makes it really easy to just see everyone on a whim. Tucker has turned into quite the little baker. I have a stand up mixer and have shown him how it works. The last time we baked, he was telling me all the safety rules! The weather here has been great so far. I think God is easing me into the winter this year. I am sure the snow and wind will...Jenn ...

Monday, August 24, 2009. Just got back from Jenn and Ryan's house. It is so much fun to be a Neena. Tucker and I had a blast, plus I think Jennifer got a break. I hope so. Becky will be here soon. Jube-Log; A Log, by Jube. Monday, July 07, 2014. I really love "camping". Our latest trip was no exception. There was rain, so we stayed inside and made crafts. This may be one of the worst pictures of me, ever, but hey, we're keeping it real, right? There was a campfire. And boys who wouldn't stay still long enough to get a decent picture. Jube-Log; A Log, by Jube. Monday, March 17, 2014. My Gummy Bear is 7. Gummy Bear is very active, although not too interested in organized sports. His G-Pa has taken him to the indoor climbing gym quite a few times, which led to his request to have a birthday party there. We did and it was a lovely day. Here he is waiting to get harnessed up and start climbing. Bear and Cheeky Monkey getting harnessed. All the way to the top. The child has no fear. Here are the present-opening pictures. Here are the highlights:. 1 I spent what felt like most of the last 3 weeks working on a term paper for the class I just finished. I don't have a grade yet, but anticipate a solid "good enough." Jube-Log; A Log, by Jube. Thursday, April 04, 2013. What says "oooo, ooooo"? Yesterday was my husband’s 33. Birthday. For the next 7 months, we are the same age. He chose a favorite meal of mine for dinner (maple-glazed pork tenderloin) and cookie bars instead of cake. Somehow, our birthdays are never a VERY BIG DEAL around these parts. It’s hard to get crazy about 33. Still, it was a lovely meal and we had lovely company and (I hope) he had a lovely day. Here are the cookie bars. A cow with no lips!
