Sunday, March 31, 2013. I have to be honest, Easter kind of snuck up on me this year. I'm ashamed to say I think I was so busy focusing on the start of Spring Break that I didn't spend much time reflecting on one of the most important Christian holidays. Lee and I worked in the nursery for the first service this morning. I guess you could say I got my baby fix. During the service, our pastor preached on an interesting passage for Easter. Wednesday, January 2, 2013. Woodmansee 2012 in Review (& looking forward). Happy New Year everyone (only a day late). I can't even claim being busy has kept me away since I'm still on vacation. I did take down the Christmas decorations yesterday. I'm still proud that we can fit all of them (except the tree of course) into two boxes. Go us. Friday, June 29, 2012. Every Good and Perfect Gift. So, Lee and I decided to study the book of James this summer. Now, Lee and I do bible study completely different. This can cause friction some times, but most of the time it's awesome because we each have a different perspective. As soon as we decided to do James I knew I wanted to do Beth Moore's James study. Take your present age and divide by 4: 26/4 = 6.5 (yeah, I'm a math person). Divide your life into quarters and list blessings from each time.

Wednesday, January 26. On tuesday I had my hip surgery. I thought that it would just be the standard hip scope to clean up my torn labrium. However after I had my MRI, we found that I have this random bone issue, where my bone is not round, but jagged. So the doctor had to grind down my bone.
