Monday, December 21, 2009. What 3 hours alone in the studio can do for me. Yesterday I spent three hours alone in the studio with lots of motivation, a list of moves I saw in videos and a tango song inspiring movement. And here is the outcome! Here is just a simple knee hang, but until yesterday I haven't actually tried hanging behind my knee in this particular pose. Here is a video of me going from a descending angel to a twisted grip. Saturday, November 21, 2009. All in a day's work. I know I am not 100% straight yet. It's hard to hit that spot when you can't see yourself in the mirror and it's only the 3rd time I've done it, so no muscle awareness yet! Bat to the twisted grip - yippee! I just did this for the first time last night. This video is after Swan spotted me about five times and I finally tried it on my own! It definitely still needs work with smoothing out the transition, but I am still very proud of it! Welcome to my blog!
