XLittle Miss Riss :). Sunday, May 25, 2008. Well i have now had my first gain whilst doing WW. What has it been, like 13 weeks and my first gain. I think i am doing great! Considering it was only 400g, i am not defeated yet! I have made a concious effort this week to eat more fruit and vegies. Previously i have stuck to my points but not included the healthy foods in my diet and just snacked on ww snacks (chips, toffee bars etc) and eating white bread instead of multigrain. XLittle Miss Riss :). Sunday, July 27, 2008. I s the expression that came to mind when i hopped on the scales at WI yesterday. GOAL 1 - lose 10kg. GOAL 2 - get to a healthy BMI of 25. Both of which are great milestones and i was very happy with myself yesterday and i don't think it will wear off for a while! Not only did i have a loss but mum also lost 1.2kg! She is going along strong and if it keeps coming off it will definitely encourage her to keep going which is what she needs. Ell so here they are.

It's funny how each experience with HCG is different (kind of like each pregnancy is different, or so I'm told). I've been constipated, so I'm taking some potassium and magnesium with each meal to get things moving again. Wasn't feeling too good this morning.
