I'm trying to learn how to take pictures of food from The Pioneer Woman, but its a slow process. The pics we took just don't do the food justice and these are too yummy. I learned a fabulous trick from Giada De Laurentiis. On Food TV when making salmon patties and it really does help! 3-4 large packages of Wild Caught Salmon.

Two Humans and Their Offspring. Monday, November 21, 2011. Weekend in Salado. and chair redo. The weekend after we found out about Mom's news, I got to spend the weekend in Salado with my dearest friends from Kaufman, Stefanie (on the right) and Crystal. We had set it up months ago and, as always, God's timing was perfect. It was exactly what I needed! We slept in. We laughed, we shopped, we cried (every good Girl Weekend has that, right? We tried on awful wigs. Really pleased with the way it turned out!

Thursday, February 21, 2008. Which egg doesn't belong? My Grams and Paw Paw brought me 8 dozen eggs yesterday from her chickens in Nacogdoches! She said there was a special egg in one of the cartons. It is really, really big. It had a double yolk and they were both really large! My mom and I cooked it for breakfast this morning. We took some pictures to document this exciting discovery! Tuesday, May 27, 2008. Yes, I'm behind! Ok, I confess! I am terrible about blogging! So, here are some pics of our most up to-date events. Cason is now 2 and a half and is so busy. He loves to be outside and just being busy! He loves to swim so he is now in swim lessons and is doing great. Cole just turned 1 in May and is such a sweet baby. He is just now getting his top teeth in and is still not in any rush to crawl. Both kids are so opposite! I have uploaded a video of Cole eating his Birthday dessert!

So both the girls and my boys were able to take home a caterpillar. It made a cocoon within just a couple of days. It came out this week. We put on our walking shoes I took them on a tour of the neighborhood twice! We took Marti (their dog), Macy and Millie. I think that I wore them out.
