This is the most luscious, creamy, flavorful polenta I’ve ever had. It goes wonderfully with grilled chorizo verde sausages and some braised kale. 8211; 2.5 cups chicken stock. 8211; 2.5 cups whole milk. 8211; 1 cup polenta/grits. 8211; 2 tablespoons butter. 8211; 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan. 8211; salt to taste.
