A bloke. On a diet. Wednesday, 18 January 2012. 2 weeks into the New Year. Anyway, I'm back down to 11st 9lbs today which is halfway. The good news is that I've found it very easy to get back into the routine of last year so losing a few more pounds should be easy. I'm walking more than ever which should also be doing me good. That reminds me, I listen to audio books while walking - I must put together a list of what I "read" last year. Wednesday, 4 January 2012. So - what was the damage?

A bloke. On a diet. Wednesday, 26 March 2014. Where did the time go? Amazing - over 2 years since my last blog post. Nothing much has happened - just been busy with other things. I'm sure you won't be too surprised to hear that the diet went out of the window somewhat as I stopped concentrating on it. A little bit of cheese and biscuits here, the odd bit of chocolate there and before you know it, you've stopped paying attention and the pounds pile back on. Now where did I put the oatmeal?
