Posted on June 9, 2014 at 9:05 PM. I did the treadmill 4 days last week, took the day off yesterday (Sunday) and was back on there this afternoon. So far I'm only doing 20 mins at a slow speed, but it's something! I need to get the dieting portion of this strategy online now. I am going to do the fast diet. But it WILL be!
