Woke up later than usual, 6 AM started meditation around 6:20, just-in-time for Jett to emerge earlier than normal. Is there a sense of unwellness? Should I sit up, rest more? Should I drink more water? There’s a certain degree of discomfort that is normal for me in the mornings, the question becomes is this a normal degree of discomfort, or something exceptional? Life as art under adversity. Boy, speaking of digression Did I say cajoling? I did mean cajoling. Not long after we met, Charles began insisting that I should write a book. Always I would ask, a book on what? I was surprised at the ease with which 100 words could be written, and quickly found myself exceeding the quota. Now today I frequently write over 500 and sometimes as many as 2000 words per day which is a great more detail than the dear man initially signed on to read! Without further ado begin here.
