Be your own best friend. You’re worried of messaging people too much because you’re bothering them, you don’t want to scare them and quite frankly you’re not doing much to help yourself at the moment. There’s only so much they can do for you but you need to put the effort it but you’re not so they might get annoyed that you’re not even helping yourself.
