Saturday, May 29, 2010. ROASTED RED PEPPERS FOR DAYS. Day 1: a bowl of these peppers, served as a side with broccoli and sliced flank steak. Which is great for WW recipes) and made them for the Superbowl. They were absolutely delicious, I made them again this weekend!
