Aug 31, 2013. I Came, I Saw, I Scootered - Part 3. On Wednesday, all I did was drive from Hualien to Taitung. It was a few hour drive and it rained the entire time - so I didn't take my camera out too much. Random squatter toilets out in the middle of nowhere.
