My Life in Yoga Pants. A Woman, A Mat, A Committment to Health. So what’s the big deal with this time nonsense? Why doesn’t anyone seem to have enough of it? We can’t make any more time than we already have, but we can make the most of our waking hours. I’m struggling to stay on task with this but I know in the end that a more mindful attitude will help me to get to a point where I really do feel like I’ve found or made more time for the things I love the most. I just need some more practice.
