Sunday, March 6, 2011. This past Saturday my sisters and I took our Mom for afternoon tea at the luxurious Windsor Arms Hotel. Since 1927, the Windsor Arms Hotel has been synonymous. For providing an elegant atmosphere for the sophisticated English High Tea tradition. The Windsor Arms has three very chic and different rooms you can choose to have your afternoon tea in. We were placed in the rich red Russian Room but there is also the cream French-style room and the majestic purple room.
