Backhand and forehand slice 和 drop shot 和 topspin serve 100 balls. High backhand volley, high backhand swing volley 和 soft hand half volley aim in zone 和 flat serve 100 balls. My Weight Loss Ticker. Sunday, December 2, 2012. 睡眠:10:40睡,5点20起,睡6hr20分钟,以后争取每天7hr以上。 Saturday, December 1, 2012. 周三觉得大腿内侧外侧都非常酸痛,不想overdo受伤,而且考虑周六有网球比赛,就没有坚持锻炼,休息了两天。饮食稍微注意点,但是还是吃得比较多。 上:Gatorade G2 32 oz almost都喝完了,1袋半的energy bean. 晚:樱桃20个,柿子2个,芒果1个. 1:30pm - 3:00pm 网球的clinic. 周五晚上9点半就困了,大概10点睡着,一觉睡到3:40,然后醒来后起夜后大概半小时又睡着了,到早上6点钟。大概睡了7个半小时,所以比赛时候体力较好,后来还可以继续打了1个半小时clinic。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). My Weight Loss Ticker. Thursday, January 8, 2015. 一般我减肥最开始时候平台期都比较长,要一个月左右开始,这时候如果没有耐心,基本就前功尽弃。如果坚持,就会发现,虽然开始的时候,也就是最难受的时候,称上不见任何成果,但是一旦坚持住,到了一个月左右的时间,突然就会发现没做什么,甚至有时候cheat一下,体重也哗哗地往下掉。 今天早上就是,157lb了。昨天上午吃了一大块鸡蛋饼,一个英国马粪加cheese鸡胸肉,中午吃了办公室其他人放在那里的3块taffy,下午饿了吃了两袋垃圾食品,共400kcal,晚上还吃了一些炒菜米饭,昨天晚上也不怎么觉得饿,还吃了两块芒果干。 今天早上觉得比较饿,但是吃了小米剩下的toast面包,就不想再吃了。 周二,day league team比赛,两个比较close的set,打完还是浑身酸软。直到今天(周四)早上浑身还感到有些酸。晚上生理期来了。 今天准备走一个45分钟的walk,因为明天有网球比赛,然后周六再跑一个6X(1 4)就可以了。 Wednesday, January 7, 2015.

My Weight Loss Ticker. Friday, July 3, 2015. 早:2两面条,1两牛腱子,几个鸡爪,一个鸡蛋. 中:几只卤鸡爪,1两米酒酿,1杯蓝莓香蕉冰激凌的smoothie. 晚:半两面条,3个卤鸡胗,两根小黄瓜. 夜宵:樱桃 12 oz cup一杯. 今天在家呆了一天,上午看了一上午的温布尔登网球,下午睡了3hr,用foam roller滚了几次腿,按摩椅按摩2次,右边膝盖感觉好些了。 吃过晚饭休息一会,一边看tv lie to me,一边将一个裤子给订了扣子,然后就穿着这条裤子出去走了4个mile,用时1小时30分钟,大概将近10K step。 回到家8点半,上称一称,150.5lb。 早上起床 151.5lb,一天最重的时候大概153.5的样子。准备现在开始辟谷,希望明天早上起来第一次减到150以下。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
