Sunday, May 29, 2011. The park, the zoo, and a much needed haircut! Things are in full swing around here! The days go by sooo fast together, but there are lots of fun moments in each one of them! Monday, January 9, 2012. Time to get caught up again. Especially before this little one arrives! To start, Nolan is now just shy of 19 mo old and is all boy! He keeps me running, which is good, but at the same time loves to cuddle and has really started to do a lot of pretend play. Monday, August 15, 2011. Last Friday Jon left a bit early from work (after a terribly long week) and met us at the State Fair. I was so looking forward to seeing Nolan's reaction to everything and it was even better than I had imagined! I would be remiss not to mention how extremely sad we feel about everything that happened just one night after we were there and that we have been praying for their families. Monday, April 25, 2011. Our blue eyed bunny made this Easter all the more special this year! It was so fun to share the Easter message with Nolan and to take part in some of the festivities. We missed my family so much but we were so thankful to have Jon's parents with us. It was a great weekend! Our church ended a great series on Jesus- Healer, Revolutionist, Friend, Prophet and Savior! It was a really great lead up to the Easter service. He is risen! He is risen indeed! The wild man after his bath!

Friday, March 9, 2012. I absolutely LOVE this boy! What a priceless thing to capture. Monday, July 4, 2011. I am once again pretty far behind and wish I would have posted this a long time ago. Nevertheless, it's pretty special. Nolan turned 1 on the 15th, however, we had his bday party the weekend before. It was such a special week for him and everyone loved on him and spoiled him like usual! We had a family lunch at Pappy and Gimi's house. Jon's aunt and cousins came from northern Indiana and spent the day too. It was great! Daddy and his bday boy. A good ol game of Duck Duck Goose!

Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Army Crawl and A New Word. Nolan has not quite yet mastered crawling but this is how he's getting by. It makes me laugh every time! And he's been liking a new word lately. :). I guess I'm on a trend of posting once a month now. I remember when I used to have time to post once a week! Then I think. what did we do that we had so many pictures or things to talk about. :) Well, we sure are busy now. Celebrating with Gimi and Pappy. The best part was getting new, fluffy pillows!

Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Well, I am MONTHS behind now- but- I'm going to catch up! I have to catch up, because I want our kiddos to have this someday to look back on the story of our lives! We had the opportunity to go and see Disney on Ice, unfortunately for the boys, it was "Princess" themed, but it was great, and Nolan very much enjoyed it! We got to take along his good buddy Avery.
