From the Desk of Mrs. S. Friday, May 20, 2011. Summer Break is Here! Parker and I will now be enjoyed each others company for about the next 3 months. I now truly understand why being a teacher and getting the summers off is wonderful. I now get to spend some key months of his life with him. My baby boy turns 4 months tomorrow. I thought this would be a great plan considering that Mr. S. and I are going to start a new diet.or lifestyle change, as it should be called! School is out, summer is here, and it is time to shed this baby weight! Here is this week's menu. Monday: Baked salmon with tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms. Tuesday: Chicken pesto panini.
