My weight loss and self-esteem journey. It’s been a while…. November 4, 2013. 8230;since I’ve posted. Sadly enough, I feel like I have nothing new to say. I just keep repeating the same old cycle of having 4 or 5 good days and then binging. I’m gaining and losing the same 5 lbs. over and over. 🙂 I’m going to read this verse numerous times a day and ask God for a new heart; a heart that God is in control of, not Lisa. Tuesday, February 28, 2012. I've constantly got to keep myself motivated or else I'll start slipping backwards. It's so stinking easy so I really have to watch every thought, ever bite, and everything. Pinterest and YouTube has been a lifesaver.
