Just another WordPress.com weblog. Success through a Run. So as I have tried to change my lifestyle, this has included adding back in a workout routine that is not hitting the gym. Currently, I am still not allowed to lift weights or do anything too strenuous. So, what is a girl to do? Well, I can tell you, walking is ok, jogging not so much, running…no way! Welkom op mijn website. Ik ben Lisa Oudijk, een twintiger met het syndroom van Down en ik woon in Waddinxveen. Ik schilder en teken al vele jaren en de laatste jaren heb ik steeds meer een eigen stijl ontwikkeld. Vooral kleur speelt een belangrijke rol in mijn schilderijen. Het afgelopen jaar ben ik begonnen met het beschilderen van borden, mokken enz. Ik kreeg daar zoveel positieve reacties op en heb al verschillende ontbijtsetjes verkocht. Kortom een persoonlijk cadeau op maat.
