The boys held it and tossed it and played out the string and each time the kite can crashing back to earth having barely lifted its wing. Turns out there was a spar broken, so the kite kept listing to the left and then dropping. But you know what? We all had fun. We, meaning the girls and I, watched and laughed. The boys tried to fly the kite and laughed, and it was an couple of hours of chill time that we all needed.
