I found out that the doctor had to save what he could of the cartelidge under my knee cap. If he hadn’t repaired what he did I wouldn’t have anything left and would probably have to have a knee replacement. But I am very stressed, and its causing me to feel somewhat helpless. I believe that you have to pick your battles. I also think that you have to speak your mind, stand up for yourself, and then let go. today is proof. The negativity is still there and overshadowing things. But, I am So glad I am making it through one step and day at a time. With lots of support and love.

Jul 17th, 2008. Harley just walked up to me and asked me to smell 'Spot' (his latest Dalmatian, makes a total of eight now lol), so I did and noticed that his belly was wet as I sniffed.
