Saturday, June 29, 2013. One of my favorite parts of living in the city is the whole brunch craze. I love brunch because it gives me an excuse to eat breakfast foods for lunch! We were seated after about 10 minutes, and were taken to a table in the back room. From the outside it does not look big, but it is very deceiving, which is probably why the wait is so short even though it is super crowded. Our order came out after about only 15 minutes, which was extremely fast considering how big the place is!

Saturday, August 10, 2013. Sadly, last night's dinner brought restaurant week to a close for me and my sister. Our last dining location was at David Burke Kitchen, which we had been to for brunch in the past but never for dinner. We looked at the menu online and were excited about some of the offerings, and were just hopeful that we would have a better experience at this David Burke restaurant than we did at Townhouse. We had a reservation for 6:30 and it was already packed when we got there!

Sunday, August 25, 2013. This sandwich combination was so interesting and unique, and you really can't find it anywhere besides Mayhem and Stout. Even though it sounds like an odd combination at first, all of the elements worked really well together and created a delicious and satisfying sandwich.
