http://hirschs.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 2. Get out of my yard you bratty kids! Way to go Little Blazer Wrestling team! Tyler, Luke, and their teammates claimed their 5th team championship in a row this past weekend at Lisbon. For those of you outside the wrestling world, this is a big accomplishment. Our little guys are well known for gathering matside to cheer on a fellow Blazer. We are proud of our coaches too (Daddy and our good friend, Tom Hageman)! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). http://hirschs.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 1. Who was the scariest Hirsch this season? Cole the fierce dragon? Luke the terrifying Ninja? Hailey, the petrifying pirate? Tyler, the robber? Or Aaron, the cheerleader? Friday night the big boys (Tyler and Aaron)were gone, so Hailey, Luke, Cole and I carved pumpkins. We had fun, but I think I did most of the work :). Scooping out the goop.they all thought it was disgusting. Luke picked out one seed at a time. Hailey the party planner. Hailey was in charge of the "Drop the Spider" game.

Thursday, December 10. First Grade Christmas Musical. Luke played the part of one of King Herad's advisors in his school's Christmas Musical. His buddy Mason was King Herod. These two may be giving advice to one another ten years from now, but it will probably be about wrestling moves or a girl. King Mason and his advisors. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Hirsch Family: September 2009
http://hirschs.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 15. Are You Ready For Some Football? Cole came in from the garage sporting Tyler's pads. This of course was followed by a game of tackle football with mom in the family room. Ouch! Those pads are hard! Tuesday, September 8. Our last visit to Clarksville before fall sports really gear up also included a visit to the newly updated playground at Clarksville Elementary. We actually went both days, before heading home. Who is that big kid on the end? Aunt Karen's Grocery Store. A visit from...

Thursday, December 10. It is tradition for us to make gingerbread houses on the first snow day in December. The gingerbread kits St. Nick brings are soooo much easier than the graham cracker houses I used to hot glue together! There is never enough variety of candy in the kits however, so we always pick out more. Note to self.do not make houses before eating lunch next year. First Grade Christmas Musical. King Mason and his advisors. Luke and Tyler Take First at Hempstead. Digging in that chin.ouch!

Monday, January 11. We are in the middle of wrestling season and everyone (well, o.k. maybe not Hailey) is really enjoying it! Tyler is having a good year, Luke improves every time he is on the mat, and Cole can't get enough. We go to practice most Monday nights just to watch and get to quite a few of the tournaments. Here are a few highlights from the season so far! The Hirsch boys BOTH took first place at the Little Bobcat Tournament at Western Dubuque. Way to go boys! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The Hirsch Family: March 2009
http://hirschs.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 10. Happy 6th Birthday, Luke! Today little Luke turned six years old. He had his first "friend" birthday party. We kept it simple by allowing only three friends and at Luke's request went to McDonalds. This is a treat for any of the Hirsch children because the germ factor keeps us away the rest of the year). Then we headed back to our house to open presents, eat cupcakes (another Luke request), and play. The boys had a lot of fun! We will celebrate with family on Sunday. Boys will be boys.
