Cloth Diapering 101 Update |

Skip to primary content. Military Wife’s Promise. What Civilians Should Know About Military Wives. Cloth Diapering 101 Update. April 16, 2013. I did a post a few months ago. Talking about my plans for cloth diapering. Turns out, I had done enough research that most of it has worked pretty well! Why did we decide to cloth diaper? I’d be lying if I said that the fact that we’ll save between $1000 and $1500 PER KID didn’t factor into our decision. That’s huge! And I’m totally good with that! 2 large Planet ...

Feminist Anger | mammylight
https://mammylight.wordpress.com/2013/05/16/feminist-anger
A journey through the life of a mammy, partner, woman, goddess. I’ve always identified myself as a feminist, I mean really which enlightened person doesn’t believe in equality? But more lately, I’ve found my beliefs becoming more focused and, dare I say it, staunch. Which of these am I seen as? How do I feel about this? View all posts by mammylight →. Next post →. Foam or Innerspring | Will and Lo
https://willandlo.wordpress.com/2013/05/20/foam-or-innerspring
A blog about our lives…. Second Trimester Here We Come. May 20, 2013. I have started to read about crib mattresses tonight. It feels weird that I am reading reviews more than actually trying on some because mattress is all about feel. But being an adult, it doesn’t make sense for me to try it on because I am about 150lbs heavy than my future newborn. My question is: foam or innerspring? May 21, 2013. By the way, feel free to enter my give away🙂. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.

on nomination!! – baby, don't you cry
https://babydontyoucry.wordpress.com/2013/08/30/on-nomination
Baby, don't you cry. One non-traditional family's adventure. Hey Y’all, Baby, Don’t You Cry was nominated for a Liebster award! Thanks to Lara at NomsTheWord. It’s especially awesome considering posts have been thin on the ground this summer. I thought I’d have all the time in the world to blog when I wasn’t working, but when you live in Portland you get about 3 months a year that it doesn’t rain, so I’ve been taking advantage! So anyway, THANKS! Create 10 questions for your nominees to answer. 3 I know ...

on making time for me… – baby, don't you cry
https://babydontyoucry.wordpress.com/2013/09/10/on-making-time-for-me
Baby, don't you cry. One non-traditional family's adventure. On making time for me…. I languished. I didn’t shower too much. I sent Sam whiny text messages at work. I seemed to have forgotten how to get things done around the house. A month went by this way. A whole month. Who has time to make art? There was no way I could catch up, participate in the discussions, read all the members posts. I’d have to do it some other time, maybe next summer…. Why was I letting this idea that “moping around in sp...

To EC or not to EC…that’s the question (well in this house anyway). | mammylight

A journey through the life of a mammy, partner, woman, goddess. To EC or not to EC…that’s the question (well in this house anyway). So The Flower Girl is 6 months now and we have ECed on and off for the past 3. We’re not at the moment and to be honest, I think this is working for us. Thing is, I can’t help thinking that for the hard work I put in now, the rewards will be ten fold when she reaches two (or whenever you normally potty ‘train’ a child). So for now, I’m giving us a bit of slack. Let...I’...

Everett: 10 1/2 months old! How we got Everett to sleep →. May 26, 2013 · 2:29 am. 9 reasons I love babywearing. 1 Because sometimes, mamas just don’t have enough hands to get everything done. 2 Sweet snuggle time after work, when I haven’t seen Everett all day, but chores must get done and dinner must be made. 3 Getting to hold my husband’s hand on walks, because when one of us wears Everett, our hands are free. 8 Seeing my husband wear Everett is one of the sweetest (and most attractive! oh hey, internet, are you still here? – baby, don't you cry
https://babydontyoucry.wordpress.com/2013/06/28/oh-hey-internet-are-you-still-here
Baby, don't you cry. One non-traditional family's adventure. Oh hey, internet, are you still here? So, since my last post I have (in a nutshell):. Gotten the job of my dreams (well, my realistic dreams) as the assistant director for a before and after school program. Worked at said job for 6 weeks, during which time I missed my little chunker so much I thought I would die, sometimes. Had one, perfect day of summer break. So yeah, I have much more spare time now, and I finally understand what people meant...
