Wednesday, March 11, 2015. February brought us lots of fun activities! We learned about sorting and catergorizing. We worked on our graphing. We were learning Humtpy Dumpty so we did some Humpty Dumpty science! We learned about Groundhogs. We spent a whole week learning about Dr. Seuss. We had a week of Valentine's Day activities. Sunday, May 3, 2015. Where did March and April GO? I didn't realize it had been so long since my last post! Spring hits and all craziness brakes lose! I can tell you this - we have had a LOT of fun! During March we celebrated St. Patrick's Day and did a lot of fun things with rainbows. We also celebrated Dr. Seuss and his birthday! In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day we built leprechaun traps to see if we could catch us a lucky leprechaun! In April, we talked about ocean animals:. Here it's already May!

Tuesday, November 18, 2014. Today we got to be pilgrims! The hats were fairly easy to do and didn't take as long as I thought they might. Let me just say, they wore them exactly long enough for individual and a group picture! And then they were off! My own 3 yo (pictured first) has worn hers quite a bit today though so I guess it's ok :). Of the 9 3 yo kids I had today only one wouldn't let me touch his head with the hat. Not too shabby! Sunday, July 20, 2014. Relay for Life 2014. This year Relay for Life was held out in Nibley at the Heritage Park. I wasn't too sure about the venue at first, but I ended up really liking it. I hope they do it there again! Travis actually got to go on stage this year and play guitar. He had an entire hour to set up, play and take down. His mom and dad and Jamie came out to listen/watch him. He did a really good job too. My sister did some face painting as a fundraiser. My kids loved it. Links to this post.

Sunday, January 25, 2015. VEX IQ Robotics Competition. In December Nash was given the chance to join the Robotics Club at the school. He was THRILLED beyond explanation! He has loved getting to learn about how to build and program a robot.
