It was a nice tribute, but the food was even better. The brisket he smoked was amazing and worth the drive. We bought him a gift card from his nearby butcher; it seemed like the most appropriate congratulations gesture. Michael has been in the national guard for 22 years. July 31, 2015. 3 C sliced zucchini (unpeeled if you like). 189; C water. 1 T minced onion (dried). 1 tsp seasoned salt. 189; tsp parsley flakes (dried). 1 or 2 chicken bouillon cubes. 1/8 tsp. white pepper (I use regular pepper and not that much). 1 C evaporated milk. 189; C cream. Combine zucchini, water, onion, seasoned salt, bullion, and parsley. Cook til zucchini is tender and some of the water has cooked out. Puree and set aside.
