Monday, March 9, 2015. 5 Things–The Update! 1 Cat Lady Strikes again…. He is just so cute…and always happens to be close to me when I have a camera. 2 Christmas Tree becomes a Mardi Gras Tree! I was way to lazy to break down the tree from Christmas so it became a Mardi Gras Tree. I loved it. It is now all gone, but it lived for 2 extra months as a Mardi Gras Tree. 3 A night out. 4 Amanda’s bridal shower – a typical lizzie photo. There are no words. Love and Hugs, Lizzie. Saturday, January 31, 2015. Christmas at the Roosevelt and Dirty Dancing. Dirty Dancing came to the Saenger so we decided to make a day of it! Sarah came over early and we exchanged Christmas gifts with her, Ashley and Andrew. Then we headed over to the Roosevelt to enjoy a cold beverage. Ashley had mentioned the Roosevelt was serving a “Ms. Claus’ Cookie” drink that was pretty fantastic. We we sold. We arrived and headed straight for the Sazerac Bar. Doug’s drink had donuts in it! Sunday, March 1, 2015. Sunday = Okeanos, Mid-City. Thoth and Bacchus. Of course, I was sick on Sunday. Straight up cold and throat issues. Ug. I went out for parades and say my buddies John, Scott, Gene, Greg and Ryan all in Thoth. All of whom, except John were on the same damned float. NEXT to each other no less.
